LOBO'S Services was started in 2006 in Midland, Texas to meet the need of the growing pipeline industry. Although we specialize in pipeline services and in particular pipeline rehabilitation, we have the equipment and manpower to supply our clients with any and all dirtwork or oilfield needs.
Along with the top of the line vehicles and equipment, LOBO'S also has a experienced and professional staff to assist with your project requirements. DOT pipeline qualifications are performed in house by one of our three certified trainers, ensuring compliance with DOT hazardous product pipeline regulations. All field employees are safety trained at a minimum in Basic Plus facilities requirements. LOBO'S employs a certified OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer to ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations. All operators and welders at LOBO'S are tested to ensure they are qualified or certified to work on the clients job site.
